When you book online, you make a binding booking for accommodation in our apartment house. You will see all availability periods and the associated overnight prices in the booking process. You will be asked to leave credit card details as guarantee. However, this is not charged. You pay on site in cash or with bank card / credit card.

We offer the best prices for our apartments on our website. Book directly or make a non-binding inquiry. If you have found our accommodation cheaper on a booking portal, just let us know. We offer you the same or even a cheaper price!

Cancellation policy

• up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
• from 30 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
• from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price

We recommend a travel insurance www.europaeische.at. Please ask your credit card company whether travel insurance is included. We ask that you notify us of any cancellation as soon as possible.

Parties & Events
Parties and loud events are not permitted in the apartment house. We ask for your understanding that we are accommodation for families and those seeking relaxation.

Pets
No pets are allowed in our apartments.

Smoke
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms in the apartment house. Our guests enjoy cigarettes on the balcony or terrace.

Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, dishwashing tabs and cleaning products are included for our guests with every stay. There is a hair dryer in each apartment. If you need anything extra or fresh during your stay, we will be happy to provide it to you. Just let us know!

Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machines are available in our apartments. You can get the coffee capsules either directly from us or at the nearby supermarket (5 minutes away on foot).

We ask that you dispose of the capsules in designated containers so that we can hand them over to Tschibo's recycling program.

If you don't like a capsule machine, we can also provide a powder/filter machine upon request.

All kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, grill, toaster and coffee machine.

There is a large private parking space available to our guests right next to the apartment house in the garden area. One parking lot is reserved per apartment. Depending on availability, you also have space for another car. Otherwise, public parking spaces are available free of charge just a few meters away.

Our little guests are particularly important to us. For our little ones we provide a cot, high chair, bed guard and toilet seats free of charge. There is space for a baby bed in each bedroom.

We ask you to let us know before arrival what you need for your children in the apartment.

Directly in the garden of the apartment house you will find a large terrace with seating. The garden and terrace are available to all guests. You can also find a play ground for our youngest guests there.

All apartments have free high-speed WiFi. Of course the password will be passed to you upon arrival. Cable TV devices are available in all bedrooms and living rooms.

The bedrooms in the apartments are equipped with a comfortable large double bed (box spring bed) and are intended for two people. In addition, there is a sofa in every living room/apartment, which can be converted into a double bed and sleeping space for two additional persons. Basically, the sofa beds are intended for two additional children. However, if you need space for two additional adults in your family, please contact us so that we can make you an appropriate offer.

In the basement you will find a rack for your ski equipment, a ski boot dryer and space for bicycles and other sporting goods. We would like to point out that we cannot accept any liability for this area.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment house. If you would like to do laundry, simply let us know by phone during your stay. We charge €2,- for each washing cycle/dryer use.

We live in a UNESCO biosphere reserve and identify with the idea of ​​sustainability and take appropriate measures:

• Waste separation and recycling is important for us. Please support us in this.
• The house is thermally insulated according to current standards and is heated with environmentally friendly district heating.
• Energy-efficient electrical appliances and lamps are used.
• Water saving measures have been taken.
• We encourage our guests to use public transport and actively support them with excursion plans: as a LungauCard partner our guests pay just € 1,- for public transport. For Skiers ski bus and ski shuttle are free of charge.
• If you want to travel environmentally friendly to the apartment house by public transport, we will be happy to support you in planning.
• Our garden has been awarded the 'Nature in the Garden' plaque by the land of Salzburg. We value insect-friendly and environmentally friendly gardening.

With a valid ski pass you can travel to the ski areas free of charge on public transport. Without ski equipment, you can travel by bus with the LungauCard for just €1 each way.

Shuttle bus
In addition to the regular bus, a shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the Mauterndorf 'Großeck-Speiereck' ski center during the high season. There is a stop directly in front of the apartment house.

Ski bus
The stop for the ski bus to Obertauern, Fanningberg, Aineck-Katschberg is in the town center near the municipal office and can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Buses run regularly and at short intervals to the ski areas.

Directly at the Mauterndorf ski & hiking center (approx. 3 minutes by car away) is the sports shop 'Sport Rest' (www.sport-rest.com) where you can rent bicycles, skis, snowboards, etc. With the LungauCard you get a discount there.
